with Meghan Angello, Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Yoga Teacher, Integrative Nutrition & Health Coach
Girls will strengthen their postural alignment with body weight strength, increase stamina with cardio machines and learn tips for healthy eating!!
Meghan brings expertise, creativity and positivity to this fun, challenging program in the Fitness Center.
