Fitness


Our Fitness Center offers a variety of top-of-the-line cardio equipment to provide members the opportunity for maximal cross training. The strength-training equipment includes a circuit of selectorized machines for users of all levels and abilities, free weights and various modalities such as TRX and Bosu for body weight workouts. Personal trainers are available for one-on-one workouts and the Fitness Center Fitness Center is staffed Sundays 8a -12p and Monday – Thursday Evenings 5:30-9p with qualified professionals to aid and assist members with their workout needs.

Group Exercise classes are taught by top instructors from the area. A variety of equipment, such as stability balls, kettle bells, weighted bars, steps, hand weights and resistance tubing are incorporated into the routines. Monthly and Saturday evening master classes periodically supplement the regular schedule. The regular schedule includes Pilates, Bootcamp, Body Sculpting, Zumba, Yoga, Indoor Cycling, Cardio Interval, Total Body Conditioning, Kickboxing, Cardio Dance and more. Additional fitness programs specifically for youth, men and older adults are offered as well.
